These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Glafos OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 16751843 (“Glafos,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview of Services
Glafos provides a suite of AI-powered website analysis and optimisation tools, including:
- A free light analysis (no account required)
- DIY plan for in-depth analysis and reporting (€49/month)
- Service-as-a-Software plan with expert support (€399/month)
These services may include crawl reports, content audits, optimisation advice, and visibility scoring. Users may optionally create accounts, submit their website URLs, and subscribe to paid plans. Payments are processed via Stripe.
2. Account Management
You may create an account to access paid features. Account billing occurs monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Accounts may be deleted upon written request, but self-deletion is not currently supported.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these Terms.
3. Free Trials and Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day free trial on paid plans. If you are unsatisfied, we will refund your most recent monthly payment upon request.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Glafos only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use our services to promote or distribute harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the platform.
- Use automated bots or systems to extract data without written consent.
5. Ownership and Rights
All data, content, and intellectual property you upload or connect remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your website, traffic, or campaign materials.
Glafos acts as a reporting and optimisation layer and does not take control of your website or its outcomes.
6. Limitations of Liability
Glafos provides technical insights and strategic suggestions. However, we do not guarantee specific traffic increases, search engine rankings, or revenue outcomes. You use our insights at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glafos disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Data and Privacy
We store user information (name, email, company name), crawl results, and site-related data on secure European servers in compliance with GDPR. No payment data is stored on our servers.

8. Changes to Services or Pricing
We may modify features, plans, or pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of pricing changes at least 14 days in advance.
9. Termination and Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to Glafos at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
You may cancel your plan at any time; no further billing will occur after cancellation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
